Versions are denoted by the following: A.BB.x where
A is the major version (many structure changes). (0 stands for pre-release beta)
BB is the minor version (minor changes.) (00 stands for the first release of the major version)
x is a security fix (one or two changes, not enough to warrant a minor version). If not included, this is 0
Releases are shown with a date of release, and using the following tags:
[New] New feature included.
[Update] Feature is updated, usually for ease of use.
[Fix] (known version) A feature that was bugged is fixed, version being where it was first identified.
[Caveat] A known issue or bug with a certain feature released in this version.

* Account: Error 1002 (SQL error) due to a typo when adding characters is fixed.

* General: Requirements raised for RT 3 due to mysqli functions and crypt for password. Requires PHP 5.3.0+ / MySQL 5.1+
* General: Error messages and Success messages more visible (especially in bluesocial).
* General: Logo is clickable, and returns to home view. In bluesocial, logo has shrunk.

* General: Tooltips are included on options when they used to be on a help panel in RT2. Easier to see help on certain options.
* Main: Calendar and List are grouped into tabs in the Main view, removing alternate view link.

* Theme: RT 3 themes replace styles, and are easier to modify. Old styles no longer compatible
* Theme bluesocial: uses CSS3 to create round corners, hide borders on + buttons, and mouse cursor on tabs/buttons as needed.
* Database: locset DB table removes settings (badly coded), and dayoffset (not used.) Also offset (former tsoffset) is reset to 0 (not used in RT2).
* Database: Group rank and RT rank are better suited within the rtkeys db table
[Fixed]
* (2.50) Classes and Locations (former instances) can now be added.
* (2.00) Navigation option fixed for Main/Calendar view
* (2.00) Terms of Service (TOS) is reintroduced and simplified. Not active in Maintenance mode
* (2.00) List view will not show a popup to the left every 6th and 7th entry.
* (2.00) Navigation and Force View (former View Override) now function properly
* (2.00) Can NO longer change ranks from group view when logged out.
* (0.3) Names are now case sensitive in the database, due to collation.
[Caveat]
* General: Although accounts may be shared among multiple copies of RT, both shared (account/character) tables and local tables must be in the same database.
* General: If accounts are shared, and one copy deletes the account, the other copies that share accounts will have trash in databases.
* General: Long standing bug since 0.5 (or earlier), but RT does not check if an icon is missing.
* Install: Due to log DB changes, old hist table will NOT be imported. That means log data will not show in events or system log.
* Install: Upgrade from RT2 to RT3 on accounts without a real e-mail may be impossible on certain browsers. Recommended to change to e-mail before upgrade, or have admin reset accounts after upgrade.
* Group: All characters tab will show all characters regardless of active, but account is missing if inactive.
* Group: Due to deadlines, the delete account button does not function. Highly recommended to deactivate an account.
* Event: Inactive accounts will NOT show up in any column in Subscriptions tab. This may be a good thing.
* Event: When sort by time is selected, users will be sorted by first entry (subscription ID) regardless of future status changes.
This bug is present since 1.90
* Event: Due to deadlines, the irrelevant and relative times feature does not work properly.
* Event/Admin: Due to deadlines, Log does not have the right categories, and clear log button does nothing.
* Admin: Breaking News from RT2 is incompatible with RT 3, and will not be imported.
* Event: Log may incorrectly show the status for whiteboard moving as 531/532. See manual appendix on this.
